Conditions of Participation AGI Open 2024

1. Scope

These general conditions of participation apply to the following event organized and hosted by
Basel Academy of Art and Design FHNW:

AGI Open, 3 and 4 October 2024, Basel, Switzerland

2. Contents of the event

3. Registration

Registrations to the event are to be submitted to the Basel Academy of Art and Design FHNW by the online registration form, and will be confirmed by email. Upon receival of the confirmation, the registration becomes binding

4. Costs

Students with valid student ID both days: CHF 90.–

Students with valid student ID one day: CHF 50.–

Professional one or two days: CHF 200.–

AGI Members and their partners who registered for the AGI Congress 2024 have access to the AGI Open free of charge.

The fees do not include any meals.

5. Participation

The participation is open to the general public.

6. Cancellation 

If you have to cancel your participation due to an unforeseeable event, the registration fee will be reimbursed until three weeks before the event upon request. Afterwards the reimbursement is not possible.

7. Cancellation / Postponement by HGK Basel FHNW

If the event cannot take place due to unforeseeable circumstances, people who have already registered will be notified as soon as possible.

8.Disclaimer

Participants on site do so at their own risk and responsibility. HGK Basel accepts no liability for accidents, loss of belongings or theft.

9. Handling of data and copyrights

As regards the handling of data, the FHNW data protection regulations apply.

10. Validity

These conditions of participation apply to the AGI Open, 3 and 4 October 2024, Basel, Switzerland.
