General Terms and Conditions for Participation at the Commons in Design Conference 2023

 

    1. Scope

    These general conditions of participation apply to the following event organized and hosted FHNW Academy of Art and Design (HGK FHNW):

    Commons in Design, 15-17.02.2023


    1. Contents of the event

    The conference programme is available at www.commons-in-design.ch.  


    1. Registration

    Registrations to the conference are to be submitted to HGK FHNW by online registration form and will be confirmed by email. Upon receival of the confirmation, the registration becomes binding. 


    1. Costs

    You will find the information on the ticket prices on our website www.commons-in-design.ch.

    There is a charge for on-site participation. The price includes catering. Payment will be settled by credit card. Online participation is free of charge.


    1. Cancellation by participant

    In case of cancellation on the part of the participant, there is no claim to reimbursement of paid tickets. 


    1. Cancellation / Postponement of programmes and offers, respectively, by HGK FHNW

    In case HGK FNHW is forced to cancel the event, already paid tickets will be reimbursed by HGK FHNW. In case of a postponement, registered participants may withdraw their registration electronically within 14 days of receipt of the information. In this case, too, HGK FHNW will reimburse the costs of the ticket. 


    1. Handling of data and copyrights 

    As regards the handling of data, the FHNW data protection regulations apply. 


    1. Validity

    The general conditions of participation come into force on 1st of October 2022.
